  If I could give 0 stars I would. Let’s start with I did the online purchase in store pick up. Took over 45 minutes for someone to come to the window to bring my tools. I had to get the lady from the woman’s clothes to track down the guy who was supposed to be at the pick up section. I was sold a toolbox that has all the model numbers stripped off that are needed for ordering repair parts. And of course I need that because they sold me a box with no keys. So they gave me a new lock set, which was fine. Except it’s the wrong one and I can’t get a new lcm set because sears has this awesome system where the model number on the website isn’t what they actually use to track their products. I’ve been calling for over an hour to the sunland park location and it seems no one is working or their phones are disconnected. I think they should quit hiring high school kids and get someone who actually values work and dong their job properly. I’ll seive out of state before I ever shop here again

  Worst service ever!!!! Employee's should be trained better in costumer service, they keep transferring you to every department just to waste your time, extended warranty sucks don't waste your money on that they always say well that part is not cover under the warranty, never buying here again!!!!

  This Sears seems to be a liquidation center. It is across the street from the final Kmart in El Paso. The clothes are not very desirable at all but the hardware and tools are good.

  I had a good experience, was attended in a timely manner and left a satisfied customer. Always great to receive a military discount. 20% for items not on sale and 5% for items on sale.
