  Decent selection of clothing and great sales. A Land's End store is also inside, which was my reason for the visit. Staff was friendly. 4 stars because facility is a bit dated.

  Called ahead regarding a return, and nobody picked up the phone. Arrived at the store to find a cashier who obviously did not enjoy her job. Felt bad for her. She proceeded to contradict Lands Ends' own web site regarding returns. Pulled out my phone to show her the web site, and she called corporate. I got the impression she just didn't want to deal with it. Got on the phone with corporate, and will proceed with mail return instead.

  This store is always so neat and clean and the merchandise is displayed very well and easy to find and just about everything seems to be on sale when I go in. More people should stop in and see.

  I called 9 times and asked for different departments through the prompts and even the manager...NOT A SINGLE PERSON EVER ANSWERED!!! I've been to this location and they are not a busy location. And they wonder why they're losing sales and why nobody shops there any longer. I teach every one of my Team Members that when that phone rings it rings because someone is trying to buy something. Sears just doesn't get it...I was actually calling to make a large purchase...not anymore.
