  Last time I shopped there I found everything I had needed as well as the lady at counter was so helpful. I look forward to go this weaken.

  Needed a repair on my Samsung dryer the lady told me May 3rd between 1 and 5 I said won’t work going out of town and she said I’m sorry have a great day so I said that’s it no other dates available?? She said well we only have service days on the 3&4 of every month SERIOUSLY!!!!!

  The most disgustingly dirty store experience I have ever had. The mattresses were turning dark grey at the edges from finger prints and there was old, dry vomit on the wall in the tools section. I will not be returning to this location for any reason.

  I m not sure where this review will end up since I have been given the run around calling all customer service numbers and my issue has not been resolved. I will take this to my lawyers after I have filed a police report. I recently purchased a pair of boots online and I had entered my new address.Somehow my old address was defaulted and items were sent to old address. I called customer service and they tell me they cannot do anything and that i cant even get my money back if it was delivered. I stated over and over to the rep that i did not receive my package ad all i was told there is nothing they can do. I feel this is so wrong on Sears because they are not trying to investigate nor return my money. So i am stuck now with the bill and my purchase will stay with the thief's that received it. I am very aware that there is complaints left and right but now you guys are also stealing money from customers just because your company will stand ground and not give me any resolution. I will post reviews online under the company to let other customers how unfair you guys are with customers and are stealing money without any resolutions. on top of that I can never talk to no one in the US its always someone over seas. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY ONLINE THEY WILL NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING FOR YOU. AND KEEP YOUR MONEY WITH OUT RESOLUTION.

  Prices were great. Everything neat and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had a good experience even though Sears is getting an unfairly bad rap. I'd highly recommend.
