  We recently rented a 2 bedroom suite with another couple. The bedrooms were spacious as was the living areas. The downstairs is old and vintage Miami while the rooms were very white and clean, very much as the pictures portrayed. The other Seacoast tower was being renovated. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will return to stay here again soon!

  Overall decent experience. Hotel was very reasonably priced for location, right on the beach! Rooms were very large and updated however, the beds were so uncomfortable I didn't end up sleeping most nights. The hotel is currently being renovated and they had no problem making that know. The first day there we were woke up about 8am to people decided it was a great time to gut and remodel the room above us. It literally sounded like a bulldozer was above us and they didn't even apologize just said we can move you to a room a little more quiet. Which was better but noice could still be heard. The pool closes at 5pm so if you want towels for beach or pool you have to go back in and ask the front desk... which the employee don't seem to even notice when you are standing there. The elevators are pretty slow and we started taking the steps after a few days. You can tell they are trying to improve however, I would recommend they lower prices until they are done. Feels like you are paying for a resort and staying in a overpriced motel. In the end it was a nice stay however, we spent very little time in the hotel and most sight seeing or on the beach. Which you also couldn't use their chars after 5pm since those were the pool hours. I give it 4 stars because it seems a little to expensive for everything going on. I think once renovations are complete it will be a nice place and would recommend staying there.

  Great location near Miami but get ready to pay $30 a day for underground parking or $45/day for valet on top of $22/day property fee. The apartment had very basic amenities and lacks room service. I wish they had washed their windows more frequently and replaced carpet but overall cleanliness was OK. Great pool and great beach access!

  I went from March 29-April 1st 2018 for my birthday vacation(it was a total of 6 of us) & I must say it was a great stay!(certain reviews made me nervous). The staff was nice & the 2 bedroom deluxe ocean view I booked was nice as well(I asked for a renovated room). Our balcony was huge & the view was AMAZING!(from the balcony & the living room windows) I wish I had pictures but I only did a video ☹️. The only not so well thing was Valet was $30 a day where you can park yourself or you could have gotten the $45 a day ticket where the actual Valet parks you; both from 12a-12p or 12p-12a(don’t fully remember which was it went) but if you want to save on Valet while staying there, 2 blocks down it’s free BUT valet is everywhere in Miami!! For our cell phones, our service wasn’t as good(maybe because we were on the highest floor) and the WiFi info they gave did not work and the elevators take a long time to come to you. But overall...I would definitely stay here again!!!!!!

  Wonderful Hotel. The rooms were Very spacious and clean. There was plenty of space for our group of 7. The views were breathtaking. We were originally in a City view Suite and half way through our trip we got switched rooms due to some broken glass in the room and they put us in an ocean view Suite. It was nice to enjoy both views! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a little convenient store in the hotel which was very nice to have. The pool didn't open until the last day we were there, but we were able to enjoy it that day. I would highly recommend this hotel.
