  Brought a pair of navy women's pants to be cleaned. When I went to wear them I noticed a grayish area on the thigh. I brought them back and the woman tried to tell me that it was because I was rubbing the front of one pant leg and not because they weren't clean. I asked her to please try and clean them again because they look dirty and she said she would, but that she would charge me! Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Dissatisfied and I won't be returning.

  Seriously, THIS PLACE IS GREAT! They always do a fantastic job with my clothes. The employees are so sweet and friendly. Turnaround is good and they do their best to accommodate any special requests. I trust them with even my home and my most prized clothing!
