::Based on my experience with this company, they could care less about customer service.

::I came in with two window screens to be created. She took the measurements and asked if I could pay in advance. I came back some days later only to find both screens were made incorrectly, I took them back and they made them a second time AND she even delivered them to my house and STILL they did not fit correctly. All I can say is they couldn't make common house hold window screens for me. I had to drive there a FOURTH time to collect my screens and get a refund. I don't know what is wrong there but good luck.
