I can’t see how anyone could rate this dump of a motel anything close to a 5 star. Where else have they stayed? On a park bench? There is no ‘mountain view’ but you do have a choice of interstate view or trailer park view. You can hear the interstate all night. Most of the rooms are exposed which makes his a motel and not a hotel. My room had a broken chair, missing iron, a safe that had been hacked into and lights that didn’t work. Oh, and don’t pay the $40 for early checking because they define that as a whopping 30 minutes when then place was empty. AND they charge you that early check in fee EVERY DAY you’re there. The location honestly looks dangerous. I can only say the nice thing about this public housing disguised as a motel is the lobby and then it’s all downhill from there. Save your money and get a park bench with w real mountain view.

Rooms are very clean and updated, the rooms have an amazing feel, and aura. If you are looking for a place to stay for a night or more, choose this place. Kody was an amazing and helpful person and Gave us the great service we needed after we went to a bad hotel. If you stay here you won't regret it! 5 stars across the board.

Almost perfect, staff is really friendly! Place is really convenient, room is designed very professionally with big flat screen TV, good flooring, beds & pillows. I get the minimalistic appeal but I wished they had cabinets with drawers that way it’d be practical for families with kids to stowaway clothes. Also, I wish restroom wash bit bigger and with exhaust fan. Their loft with all the amenities is really good, plus they have plenty of room, private cabins + desks & chairs to get any work or meeting done! While you’re there, you must try their locally sourced Sparkling Ginger Ale at their Provisions Market, it’s amazing!!!

The staff was incredible. Austin checked us in. He was very welcoming; we felt right at home. Customer service is definitely one of their strengths! The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. For me, the thing that set them apart from other hotels (apart from their amazing staff) was their hand selected shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Other hotels usually put out cheap soaps and shampoos, so this was definitely very appreciated. I highly recommend giving SCP a try. They will exceed your expectations!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during a business trip. The employees were polite, saying good morning when I walked into the lobby and guests were even saying good morning too. Here's what brought me to giving this hotel a 3/5 star review. The options of amenities were great and all but the way they present them to you when checking in is that they're all inclusive in your stay. They quickly tell you they're collecting a refundable $50 deposit and non refundable "$10/night amenity fee" where they don't make it optional. According to their website in fine print, it is an optional fee that has to be opted out of beforehand out of you figuring that out yourself because they don't tell you up front. That being said, one of the amenities they list is guest parking which means if you opt out, you have to park in the it empty lot across the street? No thanks. There needs to be more transparency of what the fee consists of, the option of opting out, and not making everything sound all inclusive during your stay when it's not. This is a very shady up selling business practice. Lastly, the rooms were good except you can hear everything as far as people talking outside, banging on walls, all outside noise, etc. Also, there should be microwaves in every room. I get not having one forces people to either eat out or or eat at their provisioning market but it's 2022. Not everyone can afford to eat out every night. PS: Towels or bedding with stains shouldn't just be thrown in a washer and put back into rooms for use.
