  Terrible experience! Came here to plug my tire as I had a staple on it. I came here to get my rim damaged right in front of my eyes! The guy working there went and tried to hammer the bolt to my rim and missed the bolt and struck my rim with a metal hammer! He chipped my gloss black rims. Seems like these people don’t deal with high end cars here that he did that. So then they directed me inside and they said the owner Frank wasn’t here to resolve my issue. They said they would call and never did. The guy that plugged my tire sneakily touch up the chip on my rim without my permission on top of that! These people are clowns! Sneaky as well. I wonder why they have touch up paint there? Maybe not the first. Never in my life I would go here. Beware if you have a high end car with expensive rims I recommend not even trying here unless you’re looking for them to get damaged under you own eyes! 1 star

  I went to Scott Tire to have all 4 of my tires replaced and Frank and his team were very kind, understanding, and professional. There was a miss-communication on the initial set of tires initially but Frank went above and beyond and offered me a better tire at the same cost. I would not hesitate to do business with him and his team. I was in and out in no time, and the price out the door was incredibly fair. Chip

  I have no idea how this place remains in business. Needing a new tire, I had the most insipid experience with Frank. He lacks both knowledge and is completely intolerant. His attitude is beyond vile- I was literally left shaking my head in disbelief from the meaningless words coming out of his mouth. Frank is clearly a moronic idiot. Do yourself a favor and under no condition use this shop.

  Excellent, efficient service. Best prices and truly kind people. What more can you ask for. Several times we have taken our car that other mechanics have told us would be 5 or 6 hr jobs. Scott Tires does the job in 2-2.5 hrs, typically half the time. They are honest, what more can you ask for. And they do way more than just tires.
