::Always a friendly staff! Today I went to this Scooter’s location at about 7am in the POURING rain. I dropped my debit card as the woman was handing it back to me through the drive thru window and the wind took it! I jumped out of my car and was searching frantically through the parking lot while there was a line of cars behind me. Suddenly I saw the Scooter’s employee run outside in the freezing, pouring rain to help me find my card. Eventually we found it. :) I’ve only ever had positive experiences at this Scooter’s. It amazes me how polite and enthusiastic they can be so early in the morning!

::Today I came to this Scooter's location, like I do many mornings. I ordered my latte (Toffee Nut Carmelicious) and reached for my purse realizing that I had forgotten my purse at home. I quickly asked the barista to cancel my order because I didn't have any money to pay for the coffee this morning. The barista told me that she would make my coffee on the house. When she handed me my drink she simply said "I know you come often, I hope this helps your day go smoothly." I know a $5.00 latte isn't much, but it truly made a difference knowing that the barista cared enough to still let me have morning latte despite my ability to pay for it. I have loved coming to this location because the staff are genuinely kind and the service is amazingly fast, and now I happy to report that this location truly does have the very best staff that want to help make their customers' days a little brighter. Tomorrow I will have to pay it forward! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
