  Their breakfast is fantastic. Most places will not listen to the customer when the customer asks for "a lot of extra" cheese or butter, and things like that. But scoops will accommodate such special orders. All their food is great. The ice cream could be sweeter, but that is true of every ice cream brand whether sold in stores or from a take out place. The Ice cream at Scoops is as sweet as any ice cream you can find anywhere in Brooklyn. Their slushes are much sweeter then any other place I he ever tried in the last 20 years. Nobody that I know of or have ever tried, makes a slush (Icee) as well as Scoops does. Theirs are the absolute sweetest and best I have tried anywhere since the 1970's before all companies got on this stupid "every thing must be "diet", craze. Only Scoops still makes a slush that tastes like an actual sweet treat. I keep coming back to Scoops, and G-d willing, intend to keep coming back, again and again.

  The only place in New York I have found who know how to make a slush that actually tastes good and is actually sweet enough. I haven't had a slush that good since the 1970's or so.
