  Friendly staff; takes all types of insurance and all ages. Encourages patients to care for their teeth and even services to improve their smiles. If she doesn't know about a dental issue you're having she'll refer you out. When she's on vacation she has someone cover so patients are inconvenienced by her vacay. Street parking and multiple bus access. BUT, somewhat slow service and depending on the issue (say your bite and you need crowns), you might be going for several months just to complete the work. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with my crowns, they don't represent my prior teeth.
