  This is my first year uniform shopping without my wife. The school yard crew made this transition easier. The owner Mr. H was a great help, he was kind and clearly has a lot of experience.

  I have made four trips to this store to purchase uniform items for my sons. Each time they have been closed. The first time was my fault as they are no longer open on Sunday and their website does state this. However, two other trips were unsuccessful because they had odd hours during inventory from Jan 17-Jan 30. The fourth trip, I drove across town and arrived at 2:00 on a Saturday. They were closed. There was a gentleman in the store, but it was closed with no sign as to why. When he noticed me and my three children, he held up a hand written note saying the were closed due to a death in the family and would reopen at 5:00. I was confused as their permanent sign stated they closed at 5:00 on Saturday. I stood there trying to get him to answer my question and he kept shrugging his shoulders at me. He never came over to answer my question or help me. I did not expect him to open the store for me, but at least to answer my question. This is not a store that folks come to peruse. They come because they need items for their children to wear to Catholic school. I've made the commitment to keep my kids in Catholic school, but I'm unhappy that they choose to do business with folks like this for their uniforms. My son is still without a PE uniform he has outgrown and my other son is still wearing pants too tight. I'll find another source and refuse to visit School Yard again.

  Friendly and good service. Store is well organized and clean. Easy to find your school clothes and the prices are very visible.

  I have been in this store many times and I love the clean and organized atmosphere. The staff is always very helpful and kind. Even when they are busy they say they will get with you shortly. I have had things embroideried there with expert service and great prices. The quality of their product is fantastic!! Love the place!!!!

  This place is overpriced, and they will lie to make a buck. They ensured that my son's uniforms would be in before school started, so I pre-paid for it and went up there the day before school started to get my merchandise. Then I was told they wouldn't have the uniforms until the 15th of September! A whole month after school had started. They told me that there was some type of miscommunication, yeah the miscommunication was that THEY LIED!!!! They got their money and they don't care. I'm going to speak to my son's school about trying to find a different uniform provider or finding someone else as well, because I'm beyond upset with their business practices!!!! Notice that the other review was by themselves?!?!?!?!?! Dirty business!!!!!!
