  I just had a negative experience with the pharmacy technician at this pharmacy. She was confrontational, with peppered anger when I relayed the doctor's request for the pharmacy to contact them. She told me she faxed it and that's what the instructions said and that's all she was required to do. I asked if she was refusing to call, and she told me if following instructions meant that TO ME. I replied, "OK, we can take it to war on that level." But when I called the doctor's office back, she had beaten my time, and had already called. I shouldn't need to have such an experience.
