  I called in an order last Sunday as I was leaving the Sam's Club down the street with my groceries. Five minutes later I'm at the Schlotzsky's and I pay for the order. Twenty five minutes after that and after several people has gotten orders before me, I attempted to check on my order and was ignored by the woman working there. I tried to ask her several times if she could please check on my order and continued to be ignored as she spoke to various customers standing right next to me. Finally, when she had no other customers she asked what I needed. Apparently my order has been sitting back there the whole time and she never brought it to the pick up window. I did not receive an apology for the delay or for ignoring me.

  Why is there never potato soup at this location? Customer service way down hill. Who ever called me about the soup was rude about it. Like Inconvenienced her by ordering it so and having tocall me was such a hassle for her. Really don't call me and be rude! Yall need to get it together.

  Very disappointed. I went in, my order was $11. All I had was a $100 bill. The girl at the counter said, I only have two twenty's & handed it back to me. Really? Not even going to check with the manager or find someway to cash it? Customer service here REALLY needs work. I love Schlotzky's, but will not go back to this one.

  This Schlotzsky's is hit or miss. Lately (the past few years) it's been a big miss. The sandwiches are thrown together. On the last Turkey bacon club I had, half of the top bread was missing. They either put too much of everything, or not enough. The broccoli cheddar soup is good, but they put entirely too much shredded cheese in it. The staff is either incredibly nice, or incredibly rude. I've experienced both here. The store always smells like a bathroom too. Almost like mildew. It's musty. Definitely not what I want to smell when I walk into a restaurant. Especially one where you pay $30 for just 2 small sandwiches and 2 bowls of soup! We could go across the street to Razzoo's and eat for almost the same price, and that's including appetizers! Not worth the money anymore. This store has really gone down hill in the past few years. It's unfortunate too, because we love Schlotzsky's, and this is the only one in our area.
