  This is a very good restaurant to eat I've been eating at this place for a long time but the only problem is when you go on lunch time and you're really hungry just be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for your food. I think they should definitely work on speeding up the drive-through time around lunchtime... great food

  I went to this location for the first time in a very long time. They’ve made some changes it looks really nice and they keep it clean. The Young lady with the pretty smile (Eva) that took my order was polite and helpful. Great customer service!!!

  The only reason I have rated this 2 stars is because of one particular cashiier. When my husband and I walked in, there was a sweet girl cleaning the dining area while taking orders and helping to prepare food in the back while working to make everyone's experience as great as possible. I believe her name was Eve or Eva, I am not sure exactly although she had really short hair and I believe it was read or strawberry blonde. Anyways, We walked in an they were screaming at this cashier to go back in forth while in the middle of taking our orders. There was a terrible woman who I believe had some sort of management position (she had fake red hair and was wearing a bright green shirt that sort of made her look like a giant green apple) who was so rude to not only the employees but to paying customers. She did not smile even one time and yelled at the sweet cashier girl to get her 4 cinnabons and said she needs to finish them before she took the rest of our order. The cashier took our order while the cinnabons were heating up and was extremely polite while we knew that she most likely was holding back tears. After our order was taken we sat and waited for a good 30-40 minutes before our cold, wrong order came to us and we then ate half and threw it in the trash. Things are so unorganized and the employees in the back are absolutely incapable of doing their jobs correctly. I have never been into a restaurant where almost all of the employees look miserable and every customer is close to losing it all for a crappy, overpriced sandwich.

  They chose to exclusively service the drive-through and ignore the customers in store. We were the second couple within a ten minute time frame to leave without being addressed. Yes, they saw us standing there. Not even a "We'll be right with you." I understand being busy on a Sunday lunch rush and that they may have been short staffed because of reasons that can't be criticized, but this employee chose to make eye contact with a patron and not say a thing. It is evident that this store is poorly managed and it's why they are losing customers and have a majority of one star reviews.
