  This place use to be a really good place to eat... my past 3 visit have just been horrible ! Very unfriendly people and seems like they don’t care when making the food... good note. The manager and owner is the nicest guy you’d ever meet! Shity employees...

  There is nothing wrong with Schlotzsky's that's the reason it's still here after all these years Fads come and go but the great ones stay around. By the way they now have the greatest cinnamon buns money can buy stop in and get a bunch for your crew. Let's also remember that their salads are way above the norm so sandwich and salad top it off with his cinnamon roll life is great he won't be able to move after that but you will be smiling.

  No stars here. I really had a taste for Schlotskys and the guy took my order. And that was all. I sat at the drive through window for more than 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Two guys walked around back there and scurried out of sight when they noticed me watching them. I finally left my vehicle at the window and went inside to tell them I did not want their food any more and that I was going to write a bad review.

  Delicious sandwiches and soup. Always can count on the same quality. I love the Original on sour dough. The staff at this location changed since I had last visited (mind you, it had been almost two years since I no longer live in Phoenix). New staff is much more attentive and friendly. I'll be back sooner thus time because I really enjoyed the service as well. 😊
