  3 stars bc they have the absolute best food, however it's 20 miles away to the closest Schlotzskys. I don't mind their high prices if they're were stores where closer, but the gas plus the price of sandwiches makes that trip costly. Good luck Schlotzskys.

  I am so used to getting great service at the Schlotzsky's in Lewisville and Flower Mound at various locations that I was super excited to get a Scholotzsky's on this side of town. All I can say is... what a let down. During lunch hours, its hit or miss, can be good but not great like the other locations. Going in the evening though is a joke. I would be surprised if you told me there was management there in the evenings. On multiple occasions in the evening when I came in there was no one to greet me and the place looks like a tornado just hit it. You have to start looking back in the kitchen to get someones attention. Most of time they are just taking, which makes you question why the lobby is in such a mess. Why don't you use that time to work? Yes, work. Like go clean up table and mop. And its not that they just got slammed and you caught the end of it, because after eating in the lobby for 30 minutes no one came to clean once. Instead the employee sat down at the table and was on their cell phone the whole time. Not to mention the food and soup was cold even after waiting longer than normal to get the food. Don't know how this location will stay in business with service like this. I wanted them to good so we would have a Schlotzsky's on this side of town but I just avoid it at all cost now and get it when I am on the other side of DFW. Oh, and by the way I called the number and complained about this location and never got a single response back. So doesn't look like management or Schlotzsky's cares much about this particular location.

  Original deluxe. It's in my top 3 for all time favorite sandwiches. I've been eating at schlotzsky's since around 1994 in Lafayette Louisiana. I love this place anf so will you

  If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, the lady who is supposed to take orders came out of the back on her personal cell phone and stood at the register talking for a few minutes before bothering to hang up. Her personal. Cell. Phone. I was finaly able to place my to go order. When i got home i found the sandwich I ordered was made with the wrong kind of bread. And I hated it.The mac and cheese that came with it was disgusting. The sauce tasted like it came from a tin can and was so bland I added salt to it myself. Won't be back anytime soon......
