  The people at the front desk are extremely rude the supervisor lady Is racist towards white people she called me a 1/2 breed thought I couldn't hear it. I'm a full time security guard I have arrested probably everybody in the building. I absolutely do not recommend anybody bringing children near this hospital. In fact I don't recommend anybody going to this hospital 2 years ago I seen a old lady get her head smashed in and 2 Eskimos took off with her purse. That was on the news and the native security guards there did nothing about it to help that white lady.

  Typical IHS service - but you still have to pay the going rate for optometry services? What happened to SCF being a state of the art medical facility. Smh

  The OD was extremely thoughtful but the front desk staff was rude and uninviting. It's also a shame that we need to schedule a time just to browse their selection. Definitely reconsider your options before visiting.

  The eye doctors are great and friendly! The front end staff are extremely RUDE and INCONDSITERATE...EVERY TIME I call or checking in. I recommend calling HR on this department! I will be going else where and highly encourage others to do the same when purchasing glasses. When I ask to speak to a supervisor the front end will not put me through... very sad because some elders have no other place to go... this has been going on for years now and I am done.

  The technicians and eye doctors are extremely competent. But the front end customer service is apparently understaffed. When you call they place you on hold immediately. You leave a message no one calls you back. You go to their office and stand in line while the front desk looks up at you, says nothing, and goes back to looking at their computer screen or talking on the phone. There's no greeting, there's no acknowledgement that you are there other than stale faced eye contact. I wish anyone trying to get seen here good luck, because once you get passed the front desk you would be very well taken care of.
