  Great location and atmosphere but couldn't understand the vocalist at all. Bad sound system and had to send drinks back they were so Bad!

  We went to the Scat Jazz Lounge after dinner to hear some good Jazz. It was very crowded and we had to wait to get a seat, once we got a seat we were directly behind a pillar so really could not see much of the band that was playing. We enjoyed the music and had some drinks from the bar.

  I went here for the first time the other day, it was a super cool experience taking the elevator down to the jazz lounge. They had live music, it was kind of dark mainly light by candles on a table. The night I went they didn't have any dancing which was kind of a disappointment (Not sure if they normally have dancing.) but all and all the drinks were great and they had super nice employees. :)

  This is nice!! It's located across from from Sundance Square between Worthington National Bank and Simply Fondue on 4th Street. It's in the alley between the two places. There is a small sign pointing to the place. Take the elevator to B and enjoy. No food. Not too busy on Tuesdays. Closed on Mondays. No reservations on Tuesdays but I'm told it's packed on the weekend and reservations are accepted then until 9 pm.

  I attended Scat for the first time for my birthday on Mar 3. The ambiance and environment was awesome! Service was expected for a full house on a Saturday. My friend reserved 2 booths earlier in the week and was NOT advised that the booth needed to be occupied by 9:15 or we'd lose it. I understand the policy, but she wasn't advised when making the reservation nor were we advised when we arrived. No one even gave us the heads up that our 2nd booth was about to be given away if no one is sitting in it. 9:20 and a big party was seated in it without warning to us. The rest of my party was standing in line since 8:50 waiting to be seated then turned away even though they advised the host they were arriving for a reservation. They came back 5 minutes later and were seated at another table. We got our own chairs from an empty table and put it with our booth as we didn't want our friends sitting somewhere else far away from us when they were only there for my birthday! We feel our experience would've been 5 stars if someone could've warned us our 2nd table was going to be given away by a certain time, because some of us would've moved to that table! Eat up before you go as they only serve hummus and bar nuts.
