  Had a pleasure of dealing Scaran today, unfortunately I can't recall the name I believe it's either Allen or Alex, very professional, spent longer than usual to make sure my unit was working properly after replacing the capacitor. My unit is very old almost 20 years and my furnace too, looking to getting it replaced, but for now we need it to run for one more summer and the technician did a nice job explaining everything. Will deal with them again.

  These guys are scum! They ruined my kitchen and still haven't paid me for the damages 3 months later! Stay away at all costs!!

  SCARAN HEATING SERVICES-- I Don't Know What the Issue is!?! It Seems From the Very Start, When they 1st Came to Fix My Tenant's Heating System, Once they Fix Something, in the Next Month or Sometimes Even the Next Week Something Else Breaks. It's Like Some Kind of Game. Today It's 27 Degrees Out and My Tenant's Heat and Hot Water is Out Again. They were Just Here Making a Repair 2 Days Ago and a Few Days Before that. Disgusted- My Tenant is Telling Me He's Gonna Leave Now- Mid Month, Because of All the Problems with the Heat and Hot Water Issues. I've Paid Hundreds and Hundreds of Dollars Over the Last 8 Months. Maybe it's Something Personal, Because It's Definitely NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! I'm at My Wits End and Still Stuck ((Again)) Waiting in My Home for a Call Back. I Wish I Could Give a Negative Star! Very Disappointed and Frozen Out in Staten Island. Anthony A. UPDATE: My Tenant is Asking Me to Call Again and See if They Can Rush the Service. There is a Person in Their Home Who has a Serious Health Issue. I Called the Service Number and They HUNG UP on Me or Transferred the Call to Someone Else- Who Then HUNG UP on Me 5 Times!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so aggravated that I've Spent so Much Money with This Company that They Don't Even Have the Decency to Talk to Me. I'll Try One More Time 8:25am.

  A - ONE SERVICE FROM THE OFFICE STAFF TO THE TECHNICIANS TO THE PLUMBERS TO MANAGEMENT !!!! Extremely courteous, efficient and they do an excellent job. Especially at this time of year with record breaking low temperatures. They try to accommodate you to the best of their ability in spite of being so busy. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely concerned and treated me with respect. SCARAN IS NUMBER 1 IN MY BOOK !

  Scaran was absolutely great! Everything about the process was quick, easy and efficient. Highly recommend if you are looking for an honest HVAC company! Our technician Gary was great!
