The Cheez
::Had been shopping in the mall for a few hours and got hungry. Decided to eat at Sbarro. Three different employees looked right at us, rolled their eyes, and kept working. Some guy from the back had to come out and start us, then reprimanded them for ignoring us. The female proceeded to be incredibly rude and off-putting, even though we were being courteous. This included throwing our food around. We were in at 1:20 pm, they were slow and talking to friends. It wasn't like they couldn't take our order.

::Don't get their pizza, the toppings and cheese fell off because they claim, "Its too hot". Then don't serve me pizza that is to hot that it could possibly burn my mouth! Never in my life, have i seen the pizza toppings and sauce fall so quickly like that! And customer service was really bad!

::Where to start honestly...the employees that night we had gone on January 12, 2018 played a major role on how our overall experience was bad. The employees from the start, gave me and my friends dirty looks, like âwhat do you wantâ kind of attitude. Not to mention that they couldnât even hear us very well because both of the employees had their Apple Air Pods on while working. Between me and my brother, we split our orders, I got the drinks and he got the Hawaiian pizza. It shouldnât have been a problem but it became one when I had asked for the drinks from the guy. Off the bat not even a, âhow can I help you todayâ, he just said, âwhat do you wantâ. The girl was the same way when my brother went up to the counter to order the Hawaiian pizza. Very poor customer service from both of them. Going back to the experience of the drinks, which isnât a hard thing to do, I asked him, âcan I have 4 drinks and they will be lemonades as the flavorâ. He just looked at me and looked confused like he didnât understand what was going and asked me what I ordered. I told them I havenât ordered anything except for the drinks Iâm currently asking you for that you are not giving me and he still looked confused. I told him again can I HAVE 4 LEMONADE DRINKS, after sometime he finally got it. Didnât realize it was such a hassle for him, let alone get the drinks without the purchase of something else off their menu. Anyway, we got our drinks and went to sit down only to find out that one of the lemonades wasnât lemonade and we didnât want to find out what it was. Through the plastic you can observe that 3 of the drinks were a bright green while one of them wasnât and looked brown. When we finally got our pizza, my friend ripped a piece off and lifted the pizza only to have almost half of the pizza toppings fall off, and the sauce ran off like a leaky faucet. After waiting and being hungry we looked at it like what the heck!!! I have never seen anything like that happen to me before and im pretty sure itâs not because âThe pizza is hotâ like the girl who had made it said. We took it back to her and she stated, âwhat do you wantâ. I told her this is unacceptable for a pizza to be this way and she shoved the pizza through the double doors with an attitude and rolling her eyes. As she got the manager which resolved the issue by giving us our money back. Never again will I visit this location, and I do not recommend this place. Youâre better off going either left (Panda Express) or right (Five Guys Burgers). As far as those two employees, get jobs where you donât have to deal with customers because nobody wants to deal with your salty attitudes...
