::Got a tux here and the measurement girl was nice and helpful, but that's the only thing that went well. when the tux was ready it was supposed to be sent to a different location and it was not. They also did not inform me it was ready for pick up. I was told it would be a hassle for them to send it to another location after I found out it was sent to Rosedale. The day I went to pick it up it seemed like the other customers were being helped but I had a young man help me and he didn't do anything. Handed me the tux and then proceeded to chat with someone in the backroom. No help for sizing or folding the clothes. Didn't even come to the desk when I was ready to be checked out, just kept talking. I also received different cufflinks than anyone else else in the wedding party. The customer service and organization was horrible.

::When I got fitted the rep didn't really pay attention to what I was telling her so when I cam and got the suit today everything is baggy and the shoes aren't wide like I requested and they couldn't change them for me either. Wouldn't recommend.

::When going to choose tux at Woodbury location, salesperson seemed very disinterested. I get it and let that go. When groom got ready for wedding the vest was a 3XL when it should have been a large. The black button covers that we ordered in black were white. The shirt was too small. The ill-fitting vest ruined pictures and was a nuisance all night. Never again Savvi.

::It was wonderful working with Eurell and the staff here. We had a pretty large wedding group and everyone was great in accommodating all of us. At first we were not sure which route we wanted to go with the tuxedos, but they were very patient and helped us through. Any issues that came up were dealt with immediately and we felt very well taken care of. Thank you so much Savvi staff!
