  This studio is great for students beginning their yoga journey or those looking to enhance a strong yoga practice. Many specialty classes are offered from chair yoga to prenatal yoga. The teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. Classes are intimate and the studio also has a small boutique that sells crystals and jewelry (great when searching for unique, thoughtful gifts!). I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who is interested in yoga.

  From the moment I walked into this studio I felt like I was home. I was in search of yoga that wasn't just a trend. With experienced teachers and a hint of spirituality. I've been with Maria and the shala since they opened and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have something for everyone! I love it here!! Thank you!!

  The Satya Yoga Shala is a lovely studio that is dedicated to practicing yoga purely and truthfully. It stands out from other studios by the amazing community it has with its teachers and students. Everyone is so friendly coming and going and I always feel I'm being heard and that all my questions have been answered. The energy of the Shala is pretty magical. There is something special about practicing yoga there. It truly is a safe place to open up and get into one's practice, feeling secure and sure the teacher is there to help you. The classes are geared toward the inward exploration of one's experience, something that today seems to have been swept away by fierce winds of Vinyasa. There is such good energy that radiates from this studio. The owner, Maria, is a wealth of wisdom and information. She inspires the community with regular events, retreats, potlucks, and so many others. I love the Shala - you will be happy you went.

  Since practicing yoga at the Shala, my entire perspective on life has blossomed. The breathing techniques and poses awakened a sense of lightness, clarity, and strength within me. Yoga significantly lowers my anxiety, stress, and suffering. It has raised my consciousness, awareness, and vibration. Yoga teaches me something valuable each day. It reminds me to live in the moment and to b r e a t h e. It has brought so many beautiful people and opportunities into my life. Yoga connects us with the Breath of the World. Satya Yoga Shala is the most special place I've had the honor of knowing. The air inside is easier to breathe. The teachers are so kind and knowledgable. They always make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. The students are genuine sweethearts. The space is filled with magic and lots of love. Satya means Truth. Truth is embodied in every breath and heartbeat of the Shala. I am forever thankful!
