::Contracted this service to pick up my mentally handicapped sister from Dobbs Ferry, NY and deliver her to a meeting in Cortlandt Manor. And hour and 15 minutes AFTER my sister was to arrive, I received a call that she was not there and the ambulette company was not answering the phone. I then called and spoke to the owner, Alex Skaria, who initially said the delay was due to traffic; then in another phone call, I was told she would be there in 5-10 minutes; then when she still hadn't arrived I called again and while I was on the phone with the owner for the 3rd time, he was trying to reach the driver who was not picking up; then yet another call from the owner to ask ME to have someone from my sister's final destination call the driver directly and have them guide the ambulette to the house! The driver was lost and did not have GPS. Can you imagine how frightened my sister was? These people should have their license revoked. I offered to pay $150 of the $320 SATCO charged and he refused and the credit card company informed me that the services were completed.
