  Love Sartara, she's amazing! I've gotten so many compliments on my eyelashes! Edited to add: I am still a client of Sassy Lash... and I still love every experience I've had... it's such a calming experience, Sartara always takes her time and my lashes are always perfect after she's done. She truly values her clients and it shows by how much she cares after you. She's so easy going and truly a delightful person. I have complications eith vertigo and she is always quick to help when spells occur. And she doesn't mind my snoring lol.... keep doing you Sartara, you make maintenance into "Me" time and something I truly look forward to!

  I have been going to Sassy lashes for almost two years now and I am always satisfied. I am always very satisfied with my lashes. She is very down to earth, yet professional at the same time. Her place is always clean and she is always on schedule. I always enjoy our conversations, as they are always meaningful and motivating. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

  This woman always has me leaving with flawless lashes and also having the best down to earth conversations with her when I'm there! I would recommend her over every name brand major lash extension company, she is just way more and goes above and beyond!

  I am appalled to read this horrible review given by Ms.Erica Davis, as a business owner you have to maintain a discipline for all of your customers or tardiness and no shows could place the owner at a not so favorable disadvantage, if an appointment is set for an hour and you are late you are compromising the time of the person servicing you by 1.Not being able to provide the exceptional service they pride themselves to give every client due to lack of time or 2.Running over your allotted time making her next client wait. Both are unfair to the client and obrvshoyld fully understand this especially when you are in the same industry. I know I have been 5 minutes late and had to reschedule but I understand it's a business and it's not anyone's fault but my own as to why I was late. It takes almost 15 minutes to prep you before she starts so the 17 min plus another 15 is already 32 min off your hour so truly how much could she have gotten done ? I will say the only time Satara does not respond to a text is if she is with a client but as soon as she is free she will get back to you. She is very engaging with her clients but guess what if you do want to talk just don't engage and she will leave you be. Lies and ill will about someone could permanently tarnish a reputation but when you know the truth you shine on and pray for those who are set out to intentionally harm you. I hope you find someone as good as Sahara because she is awesome!

  I wish I could give a negative star rating. I was 12 mins late to my 3 oclock appointment due to traffic (took an hour to get here). I texted and informed Satara that I was running late and she didn't respond. I walked up to the door and she had locked me out. I then received a text telling me she couldn't do me and I could reschedule! My question is if you've booked an hour or so for me, how is it too late. The professional would explain that I was 12 mins into my time, and she would do her best to get me done, but would not go over my allotted appt time. Not this lady though...as a stylist I understand the importance of keeping timely appts, but if you have ths type of policy your clients should be aware. Plus she talks ALOT, she really could have got me done if she just didn't talk and focused on doing my lashes. Boo Sassy Lash.
