Clean, vivacious meals that are anything but simple. Yet so simply home. Lasagna better than my Italian nona makes, she cant internet sonic can say that. I love u nona!

Incredible service. Excellent wine selection. Handmade pasta. One of the best places in Denver that I've eaten in recent memory.

I had a lovely dinner at Sarto's last night! Our waiter was Will and he was pretty rad! We had burrata which was astounding and delicious! I had a glass of a barbera that was quite well made and for dinner I did the arugula salad and side of risotto. That was the perfect amount of food with plenty of room for dessert - sorbet and the apple tart. The restaurant is beautifully done. Parking can probably get pretty hectic but we were there early (around 530/6) on a Friday and had absolutely no problem finding street parking. Would recommend coming with your friends who aren't terribly adventurous eaters but wouldn't mind spending a little bit on on great local and hopefully mostly organic food. Highly recommend. Will return for those required carb-loading sessions.

What a hidden gem. Went here last night for the first time and was super happy with the experience. We had a private lemoncello making demonstration, followed by little bites from the kitchen. The place is light and airy and I'm looking forward to going back and trying more things off of their delicious menu.

If waiting 25 minutes (probably more, but we left) before ever getting acknowledged by a server is your thing, then this is the place for you. The only person who came by to do anything was the gentleman who gave us water and chatted with us a bit and said our server would be right with us. Only when we got up to leave did the manager and servers acknowledge us and apologize. Sorry, but working in hospitality for over 10 years has taught me to expect a certain level of service. Sometimes it’s too little, too late, especially when there are only four (4) tables sat at the time.
