::I ordered flowers for Valentine's day and they never arrived. This is prime time for flower shops, and they really disappointed me that they never delivered the flowers. To make it worse, they still charged me for the flowers! I got multiple emails saying they made a mistake and will refund me, then an email saying no the flowers were delivered, and then apologizing again for saying they didn't deliver and got the orders confused. Two weeks later I still have the charge on my account that I'm trying to resolve.
