  Manager Ken has such a horrible behavior . Worst experience. He does not even have the slightest of intention to help Customer. I came here to read the comments to see, is it only me or anyone else on my line. I see everyone who gave poor review purely on Ken. Neither does he know to behave with Customer nor to his own staff (I see even this one repeated in another comment). All the good reviews came for this branch came on a same time and mostly paid by Manager Ken. I always have the admiration for Santander Bank. Manager Ken like people are thorn in their flesh.

  This Santander branch is great. Kenneth and Alizabeth were so friendly and helpful with our banking needs. I wish every trip to a bank would be this easy and I would go out of my way to visit this location in the future.

  Every time I visit the Brookline Village branch I feel welcomed and know my financial needs will be taken care of. Ken has created a professional and warm community in this bank. Having used it for many years I look forward to any more.

  This global bank has managed to create a community branch in Brookline Village that works beautifully. Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, the staff feel like neighbors. I recommend this Brookline Village Branch if you enjoy being treated like a local – even with needs that are global. Young staff treat all without ageism, sexism, and even are pet friendly!
