  So I was really disappointed 3 weeks ago when I walked into this bank. As I walked into the bank I received an unwelcoming greeting by Raquel Torres. Let me explain I asked Raquel Torres if I can cash my check cause I had forgot my ID and she immediately dismissed me just like that. Last week I met this nice wonder lady named Asha Khatri. This time I have my ID Asha said that you don't need an ID cause once you swipe your card your whole information pops up but if I was to have a very large amount then I would need two photo ID's. So I'm saying to myself how come Raquel Torres didn't know this policy. So I spoke to the Manger and he said that Raquel Torres is a banker not a teller, well shouldn't everyone in the bank know the simplest of policies? Manger was very cool and friend and he's going to take action on how Raquel Torres come off with her negative energy. I don't respect people like Raquel Torres on how she treated me.

  Super friendly staff. Recently renovated- it's now brand new and modern looking with a more intimate feel.

  Very nice customer service. But how can they not have a bathroom for their customers. What is wrong with the businesses in NYC. They never have bathrooms for their clients.
