  This is a small and easily overlooked store for finding a really interesting and well-priced bottle of wine. It has a respectable range of wines that doesn't include all the standard, overpriced and not very interesting wines you'll find up the street at Wineland. If you're reasonably knowledgeble, you'll be able to find a $12 bottle of wine that's worth twice the price. The owner will give you good advice about his limited but well-chosen selection.

  Indeed a family-owned and operated business with very friendly and attentive attitude from the owners. However, to say that the prices are "great" is a severe inaccuracy. The store is right next to my home and I shop from there when I am too lazy to go elsewhere; I never buy more than one bottle of wine for the obvious reason: 750ml of Yellow Tail Cabernet Merlot ($6.37 at TotalWine) retails for $9.99 (or $10.99) at Santa Fe Wines & Liquors. I am friendly with the owner and once told him: “Your store is the most pleasant and coziest anywhere, but you also have the highest prices in New Jersey!!”. He smiled and explained the obvious - he can’t compete with the “big boys” who buy hundreds of thousands of bottles wholesale. Fair is fair: you can choose to support local small liquor retailers like this one, but that means you will be paying 20%, 30%, and sometimes even more for the same product while exercising this choice.

  Super friendly owners, and good spot for your basic needs. Limited selection overall especially if you're looking for foreign or craft beers or liquors.
