  This is a cool little spot. I only got to sit inside but they has seating outside as well. I liked how the bar was inside/outside. Their food was good, but the drinks could have been better. I had their Tinga tacos and while they were good...for the price I expected better. I would go here again but maybe for a drink or two and then move on.

  Pro tip: Ask about the permanent drink specials. I've been coming here since it first opened, and it remains one of my favorite watering holes in San Antonio. There are indoor tables, indoor bar seating, outside bar seating (through windows opened from the same indoor bar), outdoor patio tables, and seating on the tarp-covered roof patio -- with a view of downtown. There are vegetarian AND vegan tacos on the food menu. The food is excellent here. Drinks and fare alike have a Mexico influence -- not Tex-Mex, but rather central Mexico authenticity.

  On the eternal quest to find a quality margarita at a decent price in San Antonio, Sanchos came through like a diamond. Well balanced margaritas, not too sweet, a good amount of decent tequila, rims lightly salted. Also had the picadillo nachos, served in a simple ball park paper trays, the fixings good and fresh. If you can deal with the crowds, it a great place to have a good drink and solid simple food while enjoying the hot days evening into night. They’ve also got a nice late night happy hour Sun - Tue from 9 to 11. Cheers!

  The portion size is a bit smaller, but me and my wife split some beans with our tocos and we where satisfied. This place has great food for someone who isn’t looking to stuff there face. Also, keep in mind this place only serves imported beers. I don’t know about the liquors but I assumed the same thing with them. The only down side to this place was our waiter as she was somewhat unfriendly. Other than that, the atmosphere was great, they have 4 places that you are free to sit at, 1 of which allows smoking. A very versatile seating area without the hassle of dealing with large crowds most days. Also, they have a verity of clothing and merchandise available to purchase if you want to remember your visit.

  Was brought here by a friend who praised the pork belly taco trio which is $9 and they are very small. You need a few orders to get a satisfactory feeling as they were good but very little meat. The atmosphere is as expected of the hole in the wall decor, yet hipster rockabilly attendees with just a touch of Friday girls night dress. I may visit again to try other menu items but for the price of three small tacos I fear the size of other items. Didn't buy any drinks but due to complications with window ordering we had to order from the bar and they were very nice folks. Check for correct areas of parking which are labeled just down the street from the establishment and possibly across from it as well.
