  Horrible customer service. When audited they don't help you with contacting the state. They give phone numbers that don't work. I was better off using turbo tax. Very arrogant and non productive. The front desk receptionist has an attitude everyday, and they open a TD account on your behalf without telling you. Do not trust them with your information.
