  I was helped by Aaron, who was very informative, patient, and up front about his selection of bikes. Pricing was reasonable, and a free check up and tuning comes with each purchase. When I came they did not have a CX in stock, however they carried Road, MTB, and BMX. Possibly more, but I was shown these. I would recommend this shop to anybody looking to get into biking, or adding a new bike to their collection.

  I have always received quality service at SJB. Recently, I brought in two wheels that were part of a bicycle I purchased online. They needed to be trued due to the rough handling during shipment. SJB turned them around in less than 24 hours and charged a very reasonable price. What's more, they inspected and adjusted both front and rear axle assemblies. The guys are always friendly and helpful. If you are into fixies, they offer bikes from the 6KU line. They also have an area in the shop dedicated to skateboards. It is a small shop, but they offer big service. Highly recommend.

  Being very new to biking, I went with a list from my bike academy. Alex was extremely patient, answered all my questions and helped me with my list. Later the same day I bought a bike rack and he helped me install it and educated me on how to use it. I would rate customer service to be excellent.
