  Horrible this is my second attempt to obtain a birth certificate and was unable to receive it the same day as they systems were down. I don't live nor work in San Francisco. I wish system updates would take place cut back somewhere else but please get adequate systems in the office . I now have to take off of work again in the am to hopefully retrieve my documents as its now pm and I haven't received a call back. There is no contact person except the 311 operator this is not a good system in place !!!!
