  They have "0" PR!!!! TERRIBLY RUN!!!! THIS DEPARTMENT AS WELL IS ABSOLUTLY THE WORST AT WORKING THINGS OUT WITH THE CUSTOMERS! HOPE IN THE FUTURE WE HAVE OTHER WATER CHOICES! JUST LIKE PACIFIC BELL THEY WENT UNDER!!!! THEY GIVE YOU NO CHOICES AT ALL!! EITHER YOU PAY WHEN THEY SAY OR YOUR WATER GETS CUT OFF!!!!

  The 5 min wait time they claim on the phone is really hours. Bills are always estimated when they shouldn't be. They have access to the meter so there is no need for an estimated bill. Customer service is horrible.

  Their billing totally SUCKS! Paper bill comes two weeks after the online bill statement. It makes no sense. The meters are misread all the time. Its just very poorly run. To me it just seems like they make it harder to pay than t needs to be.
