  Cierra and Nathan were incredibly helpful with my inquiry regarding a modular home. We live in the DeLuz area of Temecula and are looking to build a modular home on our property. After my initial call they put me in touch with Abe Ferriera who walked me through the process. We are in the early stages of the feasability study and thus far it has been a great experience.

  Talked to Abe ,one of the owners, about building a home in San Marcos. I was impressed with the homes they have built and the scheudle to build a home.......which was about half the time I was quoted by site build general contractor. Once I get financing I'm building my dream home with USmodular
