  I went in because the tire pressure sensor wouldn't read off a rear left tire and kept causing the engine light to go on. I spoke with Jim and let him know this was the 3rd time i came here for the same issue and they always reset the tire pressure sensor and tell me its food to go. Conveniently now it is not under warranty. He looked at the vehicle and said the same he thinks its the pressure sensor as well. He said he will have to have the tech look at it to make sure. So i left the car there for him to call me and say the same thing i had said was wrong with it only now the charge was $139 just to get the same information. Long story short they were trying to charge me $324 for the part and labor. I called discount tire and they replaced it for $75. Thanks Jeep for robbing me of $139 today. Will definitely not go back there anymore.

  Smart ass service advisor on my first visit, correcting me about bumper to bumper warranty, I don't care what you think it means, all matter what the manufacturer describe it as wise guy! Next time I had Luis Perez as my advisor, and he was awesome! They kept my car, he called me to give me updates about the repair each day. Courteous and friendly unlike my first experience with this dealership, not going to name name's, but I don't go there to be educated, I go get the damn car fixed. Thank you Luis, great recovery! Don't have to go back there, 2 other dealership within my work-home commute, but will go back!

  I've always had amazing experience there. Then not so much after a few years. But the manager in the service Dept restored my faith in them again. Since I will be needing a new car soon, I'll be going back there. Johnny was and always be my favorite person there.

  The BEST car buying experience you could ever imagine! Sergio was the best! He gave us exactly what we came here looking for at such a great price. Everyone was so genuine and kind, you could tell that they had our best interests in mind. Financing was great as well! Will definitely be returning in a couple years and would recommend this place to everyone!
