  BEWARE you call and try to work a deal with them to use Living Social and when they come to your door its 3x time the quoted price. I sent the guy away and said I will call someone else.

  Bait and switch. Technician came in and said that if he did the steam cleaning only it would make the carpets worse and tried a $100 up sale. I do not mind people making a living but I felt like it was a scam from the beginning. If they told me about $200 from the get go I probably would've gone with it. The sales switch is offensive to me.

  I will never use this service again. I purchased a Living Social coupon to see what the service was like because my regular carpet cleaner left the San Diego area. The technician came out and had to measure my very small 2 bedroom apartment to make sure the square footage was within the voucher limitations. It was. Then he attempted to up-sell his product trying to convince me to spend an additional $25. As my carpet was not very dirty, I opted out. He came in and set up his equipment and in less than 15 minutes, said he was done. I was surprised that he was finished so quickly, and said so. The carpet didn't appear clean at all but I waited until it was completely dry to make that assessment. I really believe that he ran the steamer over the carpet with no cleaning solution. I attempted to contact the company through many phone calls, leaving voicemail messages, and by text, leaving text message, asking them to contact me because I was unhappy with the results. I got one response asking who I was and where I lived. I let the guy know who I was and that I was a voucher customer. I never got another response. I was really hoping that the people who run this company who have some integrity and response to my complaints but to this day I have not heard from them.

  It's embarrassing to say, but I haven't had my carpets cleaned in around 2 years. My 3 year old plays on the carpets a lot, and was having allergy issues. I knew it was from the carpets. I called to make sure they don't use any harsh chemicals (they don't) and that their products are safe for my daughter (they are). I really appreciated finding a company that cares about people's health, not just how quickly they can clean. They took their time to ensure I received the best cleaning and gave us extra booties in case we needed to walk on carpets before dry. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Somehow my dishwasher flooded all over my kitchen floor and onto the living room carpets. I called these guys and they sent someone out the same day to clean. They even offer sanitization which came in handy. I am very happy with the results, thank you!
