  Be very careful of what you do and say around this Court. Corruption runs deep and will do anything to protect their corrupted little fantasy world they live in!

  OK. If you are coming here most likely it is for something you would rather not have to do. I had to pay a ticket and was very nervous. I had never been to this building or gone through this process, so I was really worried. I know some don't like having to pay for parking and even for $4 if that is you, get to the area early and I am sure you could find something free and then walk. I picked parking in the lot and I am glad I did. I was parked at 8:45am which if you can be early do it because the lot and building were not busy. I walked in the front door and received a friendly greeting from the security team. You go through the metal detector and see a check-in area to the left. Before, I even walked in that direction another officer walked over and greeted me and began explaining to me where to go and what to do! SO nice! I waited in the check in line for just a minute and was immediately told what to do next. This was NOT at all the stressful experience I was expecting. I walked away from that line and was again basically escorted to the next room by the kind officer from before. Even if it's too busy for them to do this for you the signs and explanations from the staff will surely get you where you need to go. Everyone in the court room and the room outside the court was very kind and accommodating. Remember they are human too and deserve respect and patience. The judge only talked for a minute, but was still very nice and not intimidating. After finishing everything with my ticket I left the court room and went to the front where you can pay for the parking. Went back to the parking lot and got ready to my car by 9am! Literally that fast of a process if it isn't busy. By 9 though the parking lot was picking up and was slightly difficult to maneuver in. Overall, try to be early or understand there may be a wait. Be nice to the workers and staff and they will be nice back. Don't get tickets in the first place.

  Just no help you need to get information over the phone and I want answers you always got to make you show up in person some of us have to work just a quick answer to questions would be nice San Antonio's doesn't work that way it's all about the money that's all they want

  No phone service, online payment is a mess. Got a ticket for allegedly parking past sunset at a running trail. Rather than question the ticket I figured I’d just pay the $35 and keep on with life. However no online record of my ticket using any of the search criteria, while attempting to pay it. There is no customer support even just to ask such questions; and the only other option is to personally visit the SA downtown court. You would think a city the size of San Antonio would have better systems in place to handle such issues
