  A nice hotel. I stay at a lot of Marriott hotels and this meets the high standards. The bed was really comfortable. I have no complaints with this hotel and would gladly return. Didn't swim in the pool, but checked out the area and it looked nice. Staff was friendly. Parking was ample.

  Location is not the best, has to drive to get to a restaurant although hotel has room in service but a little pricey. Parking is limited. Spent 2 nights for a symposium /conference at this same hotel which was convenient. The room is spacious and clean but the AC was noisy and annoying whenever it blows air. Staff is not as friendly as other Marriott hotels. They serve breakfast at the lobby but not complimentary. Front desk does not provide more information about the hotel unless you ask, we have to call and request staff to clean our room on the second day of stay. Although this hotel appears ideal for business conferences and seminars, just needs more improvement on customer service.

  Facilities are pretty nice. The air-conditioning in the room has a decibel level somewhere between a blow dryer and a leaf blower. I just about jumped out of my bed in the middle of the night. Dining was overpriced and under serviced. I waited for part of my meal for over an hour before giving up and having to flag someone down to get the check. They weren't busy, the gentleman just didn't seem to care. Everyone else had been very polite as expected.

  Just wanted to say thank you for making our anniversary stay enjoyable and welcoming. I must say we had a blast from complimentary drinks, quiet night (slept well) to the amazing buffet breakfast! Although, I was not expecting the unwelcome opening of my door (room 457) that morning (I standing in front of the sink and husband standing behind door). I brought it to the lobby staff's attention. Check out stated 12pm so I know we still had time before giving up our room. Apologized and was told that they would let the manager know. Stating it could've been a maid. Usually, (this is not my first stay at a hotel) they knock and acknowledge themselves before entering a room. She didn't. And if we had a do not disturb sign maybe it would of avoided this uncomfortable situation. Luckily for her I was dressed. I still don't know why she came in nor did I see her after. No maid cart in hallway. The only time we saw a maid was after our breakfast meal and it wasn't her. I love a good surprise but not like that.
