  I like Sam's but today was not one of their good days. I bought one box of dog food for my dogs. The store was not that busy at all. The express lane had 6 people in it. Then they only had 3 regular lanes open with 3 people in each. I couldn't use the self check-out because I was paying with cash and it only takes credit cards. So for my one item, it took almost 20 minutes to check out. The store wasn't even crowded.

  So my husband went in 2 months ago to buy me a ring for my birthday. Well it was too small so I took it back to have sized a week later. The young man that helped me took my ring and the original receipt and had me put my information on the back of the receipt. He did not have me fill out any paperwork to have it sized. So I have called, asked to speak with a manager with no disconcern that my ring is gone and my husband is out of $300. I have gotten nothing from anyone that works at that location. And it has been 2 MONTHS!!!!!

  Store is great. Tire and battery service mixed results when balancing tires depending on personnel. Ron does a great job everytime.

  I like the store and Ihave been a costomer for a long time but this days they keep asking me if I want to upgrade my membership and when I told them I can not avoid they keep saying they can’t believe how much money I am losing it is emperising they should stop.

  As an avid club goer, I personally never had an experience like this venue. The bouncers wore blue vests and were quick to get me in with such great attitude. I ordered the VIP bottle service that included my own ID with my picture on it; probably to prevent the thirsty crowd from stealing my table. I found it odd that last call was around 8PM, but they made up for it with the free food on silver platters in the isles...very classy 👌🏽 On my way out, this sweet old lady checked my receipt to make sure I wasn’t overcharged. Ended up getting her number, but she never responded to my texts. I’ll be back for sure!
