  This location is the most convenient to my house/office. The staff are always helpful when asked, although the product selection could be expanded to compete with Costco (I have both memberships), and alternate because Sam's pricing can be a bit higher for some items. All in all I prefer Sam's specifically because of the convenience factor.

  Sam's Club is good, but there aren't many registers open even during the busiest hours or days. Also, you can't order anything online or over the phone from the cafe ahead of time so it's ready for you to pick up. I'd like to see carwash prices posted either at the register (and be able to pay for it by scanning) or at the fueling area. I'm not sure or aware if Sam's does it or not, but I'd like to see appreciation days for teachers, police, fire, military. Nothing too extravagant but, a simple 5-10% off or similar in cash back or points for the total purchase would be more patriotic to see. Regardless, I am a member and would continue to be. Sam's is awesome when it comes to having to return a purchased item though. Their customer service is great! The product quality is very good and I have yet to have to return anything due to defect or workmanship. I would recommend Sam's to anyone who wanted a membership to a wholesale club.

  This location is very clean and well organized. There are usually plenty of cashier's open, making the wait to check out short and quick. I have it four stars because on my visits none of the staff ever give friendly greetings or ask if I need assistance.

  Love this Sam's club. I usually go to the location near Henderson, but this location was so much better! A lot more variety in the products and the staff is a lot friendlier. Its such a shame I live so far.
