  I have been a member for a long time and love Sams Club. I am going to knock off a star for what this thing that seems silly. 27 days ago I bought a $349 kayak, today I went in and saw price lowered to $299. I went to desk and asked if they did price adjustments. Was told only for 7 days. They also told me that i could bring the kayak in and return it and then buy another one for the lower price. Really? I've used the kayak several times and it has some wear on it (nothing broken or missing) so I am going to return it. Then I am going to buy a brand new one still in the box. I guess having a new one makes up for the hassle of hauling the thing into the club but if they would just price adjust the difference it wouldn't cost them anymore and they wouldn't have a used kayak to deal with. I may just tell my friends to be looking for an "open box" deal at Sams on my old one. kind of a deal where policy and common sense don't match up.

  Pro’s I love both Sam’s Club in Lexington. After shopping for the house, ect. You can sit down to a less expensive meal that tastes great. We absolutely love this place. Con’s The tables stay dirty because people don’t know how to clean up after themselves. These people act so stuck up. That they think the workers are they’re maids. Bunch of Snooty people. Better Learn to pay with your phone. Registers are going obsolete.

  For a few bulk items we need it’s great. I don’t like the dusty/dirty tables or noise. The one in Nicholasville seems faster than NC Road.

  Overall great experience but the individuals manning the tills must be a bit more responsive when errors in advertised discount errors are pointed out to them, instead of being dismissive and/or argumentative.

  Always good selection and slightly different experience because they move some things around.
