  Called SAMM Sound last minute due to a botched job at another dealer. The "other" dealer was trying to sell me items I didn't need. Apple Car Play didn't work when they gave me my truck back. I was miserable. I called SAMM Sound and they had me come down the same day. Quickly found that my upgraded head unit was wired incorrectly. They fixed my system and told me I don't need a new amp or new speakers. Honest Staff, Kind and Courteous. I plan on going back in the near future!!

  This place is great. They installed a remote start in my SUV last year. Al worked with me to figure out the system I wanted based on my wants and my price point. They scheduled me in, and got the work done quickly. He showed me how it all worked, and have been patient with me as I came back twice to ask more questions and solve issues (my fault, should read the manual). From the looks of their store, it looks like they do remote starts and audio for cars, as well as audio/video (AV) for homes.

  Found a broken clamp on the floor of my car from somewhere in the dash. Scuff marks and indented where they opened the steering column. Some bubbling on the tint. And they left parts of my dash unclamped, when I had to put back together. Price was average. Quality below average. At least the remote start does work. The tints from afar look great. So I’m being generous with a 3

  We have used Samm Sound consistently as our media needs changed over the years. The customer service is outstanding. Chris Volz and his team are always professional, courteous, and never oversell. They get the job done and stand by their work. They make it easy for people like my husband and I who are not technically savvy.
