  I was assisted today by Jose Marin. My intention today was to make a pass through the showroom to replace an aging sofa and chair. Mr. Marin did a courteous and respectful job of answering my questions and providing suggestions while allowing me to explore and sample uninterrupted. I greatly appreciate the balance in the sales approach. The showroom had a large selection and prices were very reasonable given the quality. I was successful in my mission and found what I needed. Thank you! All big purchases should be this smooth.

  Last weekend I went with my parents to Sam Levitz to purchase couches for their home. We were greeted by Eduardo Aparicio. He did an amazing job helping us choose the right set for their living room. After, he helped my dad find a bed for him and my mom. Because of Eddie, our experience at Sam Levitz was a positive one. We will be coming back.

  great customer service! I walked in and was greeted immediately. Showed my Sales person, Mike, what I was looking at online and he showed me the products in store and went right to work getting everything ordered for me. Including the 5 year protection plan and delivery and set up! I have always had a great experience at this location and its what keeps me coming back!

  Lonnie was excellent. The perfect salesperson for me. He greeted me at the door-showed where to look for sofas. Left me alone while I looked at every sofa in the building and then right there to answer my questions. I like to look at all my options and take my time and most sales people pester me when I do that so I usually leave without buying but not this time. Thanks Lonnie. I love the new sofa and love seat.

  I would like to express my gratitude and how I appreciate the most excellent service I was given upon my visit to the store. I went it with a goal and a thought what I was willing to spend. All was accomplished and again , I'm very happy with the outcome. Kayla Cary was very knowledgeable and most helpful with every that I asked. I will be doing more business there in the future.
