  These guys are great. Friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been to this store dozens of times in every department. I won’t go to another music store.

  This is my "go-to" music and audio needs place in town. The staff is attentive without smothering and knowledgeable without being patronizing. That's refreshing in comparison to the other much more major name chain of music stores. Nathan found that the studio boom stand I was looking for was cheaper on Sam Ash's website; he went and price matched it without my having to ask.

  We recently received a guitar as a gift, and we know nothing about guitars bit we're intrreinte in learning to play and to properly care for it. Took it in to Sam Ash and everyone was so helpful and kind! They taught us how to tune it and that it needs a humidifier, and didn't try to sell is anything we didn't want or need. I'm definitely considering signing up for lessons in the store - the atmosphere is great and I really appreciate that when I admitted to knowing nothing they immediately jumped on to educate me instead of trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need or looking down on me for not knowing. I'll absolutely be back on the future!

  I’m a huge Sam Ash fan. I moved from NJ to Nevada. I found a Sam Ash near me. What really got my attention was the people. I had known the staff in the NJ store for years. When I walked into the Nevada store the staff reminded me of the NJ store. A nice group, everyone I talked to at the store was super helpful. I will only purchase from Sam Ash. I will not go to guitar liars again. Thank you for a consistent sales staff.
