  I got bedbugs from clothes here at this location. My husband and I picked out a outfit at this location for a show we were seeing and a few hours after I developed a allergic reaction at first I thought it was the fabric but when we arrived at the hospital and after closer inspection there was bedbugs in my pants and shirt as well as my husband shoes the doctor said from the look at it they have been in the clothes for a while since there was residue. when I spoke with the manager about it she was extremely rude to me and told me to contact ferragamo customer service so 6 shots later I am on hold with customer service worst experience ever would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Went to buy some new shoes but didn't know Ferragamo is selling escorts!!! The manager Annie, literally is a escort and handed me her personal business card just in case I was interested in purchasing her for a few hours little did she know she was barking up the wrong tree. The moment she seen my card she told the sales associate who was helping me to leave and she would take care of me that's when I was handed the escort business card and told about the escort services and she'd give me a deal and If id like she can take a break and we can get a room upstairs. I ended up buying the shoes but didn't buy the manager selling herself in the end I felt uncomfortable and pressured to buy more shoes she kept insisting I can afford it. she wasn't nice after I showed no interest super awkward never experienced anything like this before so I wasn't sure how I felt after.
