  Seriously, I don't know how these people are still in business. They seemed very professional once they hadn't received any money, but once they called that I had won the auction and I signed documents and paid the money, that was the end of the "good service. They wouldn't pick up my calls anymore. It took 2 weeks to get delivery of the vehicle. They paid a total of $13, 508 for the vehicle and charged me $15, 000 and also charged another $500 as their fee. During the transaction, they asked me how high I wanted to bid for the vehicle and I said $15, 000. So even though they got it for less, they still went ahead and took the balance and also took their fee instead of refunding the rest of the balance to me. This is dishonesty. Definitely, this is not how to do business. It took so long for us to get the title, they wouldn't even respond to my calls and made me feel so foolish I purchased a car online. It's a very bad experience I wouldn't like anybody to go through.

  One star is more than enough for these people. They got my money and did not responded anymore. They have no office in Dallas they scam very one. I'm willing to send all the conversation to you to see how they robbed me. FBI is looking for them too. Every good comment you see here is a big lie. They probably not even in us or operating from some warehouse. Do your self a favor and don't even wait your time looking at there web side. Additions to what I said. They do not have the office in Miami as well. That space is for rent. Do your self and favor call me and I will provide you with all their txt and tell you how they will steal what you have got. Class action is happening now. Every one can join. Lady at Dallas office said that at least once a week sheriff is going to get them. I will keep on posting and updating.
