Attended an acupuncture and salt cave session. Was very relaxing and the staff made the visit very comfortable. I would recommemd the shop put in lockers for patrons to use to store valuables (purses, etc), shoes and outer garments as they are not taken into the salt cave room.

Best Reflexology in Nashville. I had the 60 minute treatment in the salt cave and LOVED it! Very individualized and the consultation was great as well. 5 stars - Will return.

If you are looking for somewhere to unwind, this is it. On my first visit to Salt and Soles, Connie & John accommodated me on a whim and I am so grateful for the experience. The space is thoughtfully curated an offers a unique experience in a convenient location between the HIllsboro Village/Edgehill/12 South neighborhoods. Full disclosure: leading up to my first session, I was pretty wound up from the day & was skeptical about seeing any noticeable benefit during my first visit. I was so wrong about this; during the session I became so relaxed that I actually fell asleep! The difference in how I felt prior to my session compared to how I felt afterwards was profound & undeniable. I felt more calm, less anxious, my overall mood was much improved & I was breathing easier. All of those benefits without any side effects? Sign me up. Truthfully, I purchased a 30-day pass for myself and am so thankful to have a place like this near by. The salt cave is gorgeous-- the lounge chairs are comfortable, the blankets are soft & cozy, the over-ear headphones allow for a deeper meditative state if you'd like to tune the world out for a bit... I could go on. The moral of the story is when you are at Salt and Soles you can't help but to relax & rejuvenate. If you've been thinking about checking it out, it is absolutely worth your while. Enjoy!

I love this place! I have been to other salt caves and this is by far the nicest one I have been in. The atmosphere is lovely and I felt very welcomed. I also have been doing reflexology treatments and I find them to be very healing and enjoyable.
