  I have gotten so many compliments since I've gotten a balayage here with Sonia. She transformed my long black Asian hair to an ash brown with hints of silver. The whole process took around 5 hours all in one sitting, which isn't bad considering many people have to go in for several sessions. She has great expertise and I highly recommend her if you are looking to do coloring. I'll definitely come back for a touch up or further lightening. Im quite sad to hear that the salon will be moving locations. The salon itself is beautiful with bright mirrors and comfy chairs. You're offered drinks and a silk black robe when you come in to protect your clothes from product fall out. Best of all is that new clients get an automatic 20% discount!

  I had facial at salon nouveau. Dez was awesome. Shes very thorough and she explain every step she perform, what shes using and what it is for

  I feel like they didn't listen to what I wanted, and over processed my hair. I explained I had a toner, previously lightened. My hair was damaged! It was in good conditioned prior. Also I asked for Olaplex, but B3 was used instead. I showed a photo what I asked for and I left with Brassy ok top, and white damaged hair. I had to get it cut elsewhere, and the only reason I still have hair because I have been taking care of it. This is ridiculous. I cannot believe I paid for this.

  They did a great job cutting my hair recently (talk to Sheryl)! The owner was also really nice to chat with and runs a pretty special salon. I especially appreciated how patient and understanding they were with me having to bring my 1 year old.
